Three Beautiful Wine Country Routes

The WCC’s three routes range from “Casual Cruise” to “A Bit of a Challenge!”
Choose the route that suits you.

Wohler Bridge, a staple of previous WCCs, is undergoing an earthquake retrofit this year and is unavailable. Check out the alternate routes below.

The routes shown below are preliminary. Please check back later this spring for the final routes to download.

Remember that the WCC is not a race, but rather an opportunity to enjoy the scenic Wine Country back roads from the saddle of your bike.

All routes are supported by roving SAG vehicles, cleverly-located course hosts, and bike-riding Ambassadors, as well as law enforcement and standby medical services.

Rest stops on each route offer a chance to refresh, refill your water bottles, pickup a sandwich or snack, and hang out with your riding buddies (or meet new ones!).

2025 WCC Century Ride

The Century’s 103 miles will challenge you with over 5,000 feet of climbing, but in return you get to see the diverse beauty and many faces of Sonoma County.  From LBC you'll head southwest across the Santa Rosa plain before climbing Graton Road to Occidental. From there you’ll zoom down beautiful redwood-lined Bohemian Highway to the Rest Stop in Monte Rio. Follow the Russian River for a bit before veering off through Forestville, Windsor, and Healdsburg on your way to the Warm Springs Dam Rest Stop. WSD’s drinks, snacks, and sandwiches made to order will satisfy any craving before you head off through Alexander Valley and back to the After Party at LBC. There are four Rest Stops along this route.

2025 Metric Century Ride

The Metric Century will give you some exercise with over 2700 ft of climbing, but will also fill your senses with the splendor of Wine Country back roads. You’ll wind your way through Windsor and Healdsburg (Rest Stop), enjoy the mellow rollers and lovely views of West Dry Creek Road, all on the way to the Warm Springs Dam Rest Stop. WSD’s drinks, snacks, and sandwiches made to order will satisfy any craving before you head over the hill to Geyserville, through the vineyards of Alexander Valley, up and down Chalk Hill Road, and back to the After Party at LBC. There are three Rest Stops along this route.

2025 WCC Scenic Ride

This beautiful route around the Santa Rosa plain takes you through the vineyards of Windsor and then north to the quaint town of Healdsburg (Rest Stop). It then returns over the Russian River via the Healdsburg bridge and skirts two regional parks on the way back to the LBC for a fabulous post-ride meal. There are two rest stops along the route
